SAIRA’s diversified business activities include maintenance for non-highway related buildings.  The scope of works includes provision of preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, which includes;

In a world increasingly dominated by Information Technology, SAIRA has implemented the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep track of the inventory list and database of assets that it maintains.  The CMMS data for building maintenance contain information on property; asset register; work order generator, planned preventive/maintenance schedule; inventories, spares & consumables; pest control activities; grounds-keeping and cleaning activities & reports.
